Suppressor Returns
Suppressors and regulated firearm accessories are subject to strict handling and compliance standards.
Due to safety, regulatory, and product integrity considerations, any suppressor showing signs of discharge, installation wear, carbon buildup, residue, or other evidence of use will not qualify for a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Hush Tech LLC will issue a full refund for products that meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is brand new and unused;
- No round has been fired through the suppressor;
- The product shows no signs of wear, installation marks, residue, or damage;
- All original packaging, components, documentation, and accessories are included;
- The return request is submitted within a reasonable time of delivery.
Returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Hush Tech LLC reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product qualifies as unused and eligible for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Suppressors that have been fired or used;
- Products that have been modified, altered, or improperly installed;
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling;
- Special-order or custom-manufactured products (unless defective).
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us promptly. We may require photographs or supporting documentation before authorizing a return or replacement.
Approved warranty or defect claims will be handled in accordance with our warranty procedures, which may include repair, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.
Return Authorization Process
All returns must be authorized in advance by Hush Tech LLC. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hush Tech LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
Shipping charges and non-refundable processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error.
